hola necesito ayuda con hotmail, gmail y facebook. Me aparece la pagina de hotmail pero luego de poner el usuarioy contraseña no entra sale q hay un problema de conexion, lo mismo con facebook y a gmail no puedo entrar.

Descarga el programa HijackThis HijackThis 2.0.2
y colócalo en una carpeta propia para el HijackThis (por ejemplo una carpeta C:\HijackThis\). Ejecútalo y presiona el botón "Do a system scan and save a logfile"; el programa realizará el escaneo e inmediatamente generará el Log, sólo te pedira el nombre del archivo y su ubicación, puedes simplemente guardarlo así como está. Se abrirá el Bloc de Notas, copia todo el contenido y pégalo como respuesta a este tema.
Una vez descargado, da doble click en el icono del HijackThis.exe.
Primero da click en el botón "Config", y aparecerán 7 opciones . Fíjate que no estén tildadas la primera ( “Mark everything found for fixing alter scan”) y la última (“Run Hijack This scan at startup and show it ítems are fond”).Luego presiona "Back"
Para empezar el escaneo de posibles hijackers, clickea en el botón "Scan". Se te presentará una lista con todos los elementos encontrados por el programa .

Deberás registrarte en la web para bajar el Hijackthis ya que tiene un registro distinto al del foro.

Actualiza tu sistema, Aqui (Si no puedes Omite este paso)

Borra todas las cookies y el registro con CCleaner:

Vete a Panel de Control--> Java y elimina todos los archivos temporales. (Si utilizas JAVA)

Borrar archivos temporales--> Desde Inicio, Ejecutar, escribe %TEMP%, pulsa Enter y elimina todo el contenido.

Pasale el Avg-antispyware. (Actualizalo, y al acabar el Scaneo elije la opcion eliminar, despues guarda el report y lo pegas)

Ademas, haz un Scan on Line

Pega un nuevo Log del Hijackthis, mas los Reports de Avg-Antispyware y el Scan on Line.

si , sigo con el problema. Quizas sea culpa del proveedor de internet no sabes como podria averiguar si me han bloqueado algo desde el proveedor de internet, algo q permita entrara este tipo de paginas???? gracias

Baja este programa:Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

Si lo ubicas en el escritorio aparecerá este archivo:
mbam-setup.exe
le damos doble click y se abrirá , elegimos el idioma , aceptamos las condiciones de uso y comenzará la instalación.
Actualizamos la base de datos y ya tendremos el ícono para hacer la limpieza :
doble click a Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, en la siguiente ventana elegimos Escaner "realizar un examen completo" y hacemos click en "Examinar".
Luego del proceso de scaneo nos aparecerá este mensaje:
"El exámen ha terminado con éxito.Click en mostrar resultados para ver todos los objetos hallados".
Nos encontraremos con el resumen de lo hallado y hacemos click en "Mostrar Resultados"(abajo a la derecha)
Luego en la siguiente pantalla hacemos click en "Quitar lo seleccionado"(abajo a la izquierda).
Por último se nos mostrará el reporte del análisis y lo realizado por el programa, ese reporte lo debes copiar y pegar junto a un nuevo log del Hijack.

mira yo me conecto a una red inalambrica y me aparece esta imagen

hago clic en la cruz y diagnostica q windows no detecto ningun problema, y claro se ven las paginas pero no las q ya mencione, antes del problema aparecia unalinea verd donde ahora hay una cruz, si me pudieras ayudar te lo gradeceria para no tener que cambiar el pc. Gracias

Hagamos esto como ultima opcion, ya que no parece ser problema de malwares


Combo Fix
1. Descarga Combofix.exe en el escritorio
2. Haz Doble click en combofix.exe y lo ejecutas, sigues los avisos
3. Al finalizar la ejecuccion produce un log localizado en: (C:\ComboFix.txt).
