hola a todos, les pido ayuda, mi PC está lenta, se "cuelga" continuamente, tengo Windows XP uE como SO, y como antivirus el Nod32. también tengo AVG y Ad-aware.
qué puedo hacer???

Desfragmenta el disco, libera espacio en la unidad, limpia temporales y el registro de Windows con el CCleaner y Tune Up 2007, ademas saca aplicaciones del inicio del mismo.
