Ayuda, por favor.

Desde antier el explorer.exe me consume el 50% de mi CPU desde que arranco el sistema. Yapaséel antivirus a modo seguro de fallo con AVAST y con Karspesky. También la le pase el SUPERAantispyware. Encontré algunos troyanos y cookies que ya eliminé, sin embargo el explorer continua consumiendo el 50% del CPU.

Pasé el Hijackthis, y me da el siguente resultado.
