desde mi poco conocimiento me surge una curiosidad. No se si tiene que ver con Windows u otro programa que tenga instalado en mi PC, pero me gustaría saber que son, de dónde surgen, para qué y si se pueden borrar los siguientes archivos que aparecen en mi computadora:

Hola Duffito.

Bueno para empezar te diré ante tu duda de si tiene que ver con Windows la respuesta es no, no directamente al menos, como para ponerlo en el foro dedicado al sistema operativo, aunque tampoco sabría muy bien donde ponerlo. De todas formas no te preocupes, dejo a juicio de los moderadores que hacer con su localización.

En cuanto a tus dudas con los archivos, leyendo un poco podrías satisfecho tu curiosidad igual.

En el primer archivo, que tú mismo dices se llama "Log.txt" y está alojado en la carpeta de Mis Documentos, es un log, es decir un archivo con el registro de la actividad de un programa determinado. En este caso del programa de grabación Nero, un reporte de la grabación de un cd que aceptarías guardar (la carpeta mis documentos es el lugar predeterminado). Si te fijabas un poco tenías el siguiente fragmento:
En cuanto al archivo de log también de PCSetup, he mirado por ahí (como podrías haber hecho tú ) y no sé exactamente que hará el programa, pero sí que he percibido que está algunas veces relacionado con malware así que te recomendaría analizar tu pc y creo que sería una razón para que este tema se sitúe en el foro de seguridad por si necesitas ayuda de ese tipo . Por último el archivo de extensión .cfg es un tipo de archivo que guarda parámetros de configuración (cfg viene de config o configuration) y sin ver su contenido no te puedo decir de qué es. Contendrá la configuración de algún programa, no debería ser nada importante de todas formas.

Me alegro de haberte sido de ayuda . De todas formas te aconsejo que actualices tu antivirus y escanees todo tu pc o lo hagas con uno online por ese archivo, a no ser que tú sepas de donde procede ese programa. Si tienes algún problema en el foro de seguridad sabrán ayudarte mejor sobre eso.
