No me funciona la plantilla

Hola como están? Yo con un leve (espero

) problemita, hice una plantilla para blogger con un programa, pero en blogger cuando trato de guardarla me tira error. Alguien sabría decirme que es lo que esta mal codificado? Desde ya gracias! Les dejo el código:

segun lo que miro esta bueno el codigo pero mejor hacelo desde 0 y fijate que todo el codigo este bien por que si borras un codigo el mas minimo no te serve toda la plantilla.
