Hola, seguro que os acordais de mis otros post pidiendo ayuda de mi grafica, pues al instalar windows y instalar el driver de mi grafica me dijo k faltaba un cable adicional de corriente en la grafica, lo puse, y cual es mi sorpresa oy instalo ubuntu(tengo win XP y ubuntu en el pc) actualizo pongo el driver privativo sin ninguna esperanza, esperando k al reiniciar me diera el error de siempre y se desactivara pero cual es mi sorpresa¿? no hay ningun error, si la resolucion muy baja a 640x480 pero empiezo a mover ventanas y descubro que tengo efectos!! la gelatina etc vamos los extras, el caso esque estoy muy contento pero no logro cambiar mi resolucion, os dejo aqui mi xorg.conf haber si me ayudais a arreglar esto que ya seria lo último ya tendria mis efectos

Bueno pues haber si conseguimos solucionarlo gracias.
EDITO: Vamos mejorando, e modificado el xorg.conf de manera que me sube la resolución a 1024x768, esta muy bien, el caso es que yo uso la 1280x1024 asique haber si consigo ponerla, el xorg modificado es este:
