Realiza los siguientes pasos y nos pasas los resultados:

1º Actualiza tu sistema Aqui (Utiliza el I. Explorer)

2º Borra todas las cookies y limpia el registro con CCleaner

3º Vete a Inicio- Panel de Control--> Java (si usas Java) y elimina todos los archivos temporales.

4º Borrar archivos temporales--> Desde Inicio, Ejecutar, escribe %TEMP%, pulsa Enter y elimina todo el contenido.

El Bitdefender hizo un Quick Scan, y no me hizo ningun reporte.

Nos debes dejar un nuevo log de HijackThis tal como te pidió Caito y debes hacerlo en Modo normal, en "Modo seguro" no sirve ya que el log no muestra todos los procesos en ejecución. Además debes comentarnos que tipo de problema tienes para poder diagnosticarlo mejor y encontrar la mejor solución.

Los problemas que presenta es que cuando quiero ver videos y presiono click derecho para usar el Media Player Classic, luego de abrir y cerrar unos cuantos me pone los videos como si fueran accesos directos y hasta cuando quiero abrir algo en la barra de tareas me dice algo asi como que no se sabe la ubicación del archivo, también cuando quiero abrir algo en inicio o alguna carpeta por más click que presione no se abre nada y tengo que reiniciar.

Edito: Cuando no me deja entrar a las carpetas se abre el explorador de windows para solucionar los problemas y se cierra todo, luego pasa lo de que no se abre nada.

En verdad si lo hice en modo normal, no se porque ponia el log en Modo Seguro, por eso desinstale el hijackthis que tenia y instale otro, aqui esta el log:
