No puedo guardar log hijackthis

Holaaa...

Estaba de limpieza en el ordenador de mi hija y cuando intento guardar el log de hijackthis en modo normal para que le echéis un vistazo me dice que de eso nada monada.:wacko:

Os pongo captura del aviso que me sale y el log en modo seguro que ahí si me deja.
¿Seríais tan amables de analizarlo? por favor, por favor...




Yo el archivo host lo veo normal pero os pongo lo que pone porque varios ojos ven mas que dos.

Si hago clic derecho en el programa para correrlo como administrador no tengo esa opción.

Hola aguasalada.

El HijackThis te indica que no puede acceder al archivo hosts y no podría modificarlo.

La causa podría ser que ese archivo se ha modificado ya que no es el hosts por defecto de Windows 7, si te fijas las entradas que interesan están con el signo # y en este caso tan solo es un "comentario" sin valor para el archivo.

Debes quitar, editando el hosts, ese signo a estas entradas:

# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost

Para que queden así:

127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost

Guardas los cambios y prueba ahora de generar un log en Modo normal, en Modo seguro no es demasiado útil en caso de haber algo que debamos eliminar.

EDITO. Veo que el aviso te dice que si en la carpeta hosts tienes algún reporte antiguo del Hijack que lo elimines y reinicies.

He editado el host, he guardado los cambios e incluso he reiniciado por si las moscas. Así es como tengo ahora el host (para que veas que sí me ha guardado los cambios).

Ahora el archivo hosts está correcto.

Lo que se comenta del log en la carpeta olvídalo ya que no aparece nada. Pero si no puedes ejecutar el HijackThis como "Administrador" deberías probar a Desactivar el UAC momentáneamente para tener todos los permisos y probar de nuevo ¿O ya lo tienes desactivado y por eso no te aparece la opción?

No creo que una reinstalación del HijackThis sirva de mucho pero lo deberías intentar

Si lo anterior no te sirve ya deberías pasar el resto de recomendaciones reiniciando en Modo seguro con funciones de red (menos el Hijack) y ver si algún malware se encuentra en tu Windows, ya conoces el procedimiento:

Holaaa...:)

Le había pasado el malwarebytes, superantispyware y ccleaner. Había instalado y desinstalado el hijackthis varias veces, cada vez vuelta a pasar el ccleaner y reiniciar y nada.

En La configuración de control de cuentas de usuario lo tenía en "No notificarme cuando realice cambios en la configuración de Windows", lo he puesto en "No notificarme nunca", he reiniciado y vuelto a pasar el hijackthis y...
Siiii... ¡Eres un genio! ¡Al fin he podido sacar el log de hijack en modo normal y lo he podido guardar!.

Lo principal es que el log está limpio. Aunque si quieres puedes eliminar esta línea que sobra, pero no es maligna:

○» Cierra todas las aplicaciones.

○» Ejecuta el HijackThis y da clic en el botón Do a system scan only

○» Selecciona las casillas de las siguientes entradas y presiona el botón Fix Checked:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = about:blank

○» Cierra el HijackThis.

Ahora recuerda volver a activar el UAC ya que considero muy útil, por seguridad, el hacerlo.

De todas formas si tienes alguna duda sobre la limpieza de Windows no estaría de más el escanear de nuevo con Malwarebytes y hacer un "Análisis completo" desde Modo seguro, no hace falta que te diga como ... :D

Gracias kbite, la verdad es que antes de pasarle nada ya le desinstalé varias toolbars.
Te he hecho caso, activé de nuevo UAC y pasé el malwarebytes en modo seguro. Estaba limpio.

Increíble pero cierto.

Eso que me dices que puedo eliminar con el hijacthis ¿es la pag. en blanco que se ve cuando inicias el navegador? Porque esa en blanco se la puse yo en el explorer ya que ella tenía otra que le lleva mil años abrir con el pincho.

Si no es eso dímelo y le doy Fix checked.
