He mirado si seguían los tres archivos que me indicabas y aún estaban el facemoods y application updater. He intentado borrarlos. El facemoods, de manera normal, yendo a C:/ y borrándolo directamente, y el otro en principio no podía así que he intentado un método de esos que has puesto que no he entendido muy bien. Al final he bajado fileassasin y he borrado el archivo ejecutable de "updater " y ya por fin me ha dejado borrar la carpeta de "Application updater".

Luego he pasado el ccleaner en las dos modalidades sugeridas.

En cuanto a hijacked, al tratar de salvar un log de hijacked no lo puede salvar, se queda en blanco.

Por lo demás tengo que hacer unos ajustes para optimizar el funcionamiento del ordenador, según dice el panel de control de windows.

Reinicia el ordenador y vuelve a probar lo de salvar el log del Hijack.
Con respecto a los ajustes de optimización; puédes ser mas específico?

En cuanto a las optimizaciones, utilizar herramientas que aconsejan en experiencia de windows en el apartado de sistema del panel de control. Parece que hay herramientas en el propio sistema que detectan irregularidades de funcionamiento en el propio sistema, ...

Desinstala el hijackthis y vuelve a instalarlo.
Independientemente de las optimizaciones, cómo va el ordenador?

He desinstalado e instalado hijackthis tropecientas veces y sigue saliendo el bloc de notas en blanco después del escaneado del hijackthis. También me dice que hay un archivo ya guardado y si quiero reemplazarlo y no me deja.

El ordenador no tiene muchos programas aún por lo que no me arriesgo a decir que vaya muy rápido. Para lo que estoy acostumbrado si va rápido.

Ok, desinstala el hijackthis.
Vuelve a descargarlo y una vez que lo tengas (antes de ejecutarlo) renombralo a neutral por ejemplo. Luego lo ejecutas y trata de guardar el log.
