Hola rodelago y bienvenido a los foros.

Entiendo que sí tienes conexión a Internet, no la has perdido, pero los navegadores no pueden salir a la red, de no ser así nos lo hace saber para conocer el estado de tu conexión.

No observo nada anormal en el log pero de todas formas verifica lo siguiente por si tienes configurado un proxy sin tu conocimiento:

En Internet Explorer:

Herramientas / Opciones de Internet / pestaña Conexiones / botón Configuración de LAN / "desactiva" la casilla Utilizar un servidor proxy para su LAN. Aplica y Acepta todas las ventanas.

En Firefox:

Botón Firefox / Opciones / Avanzado / pestaña Red / en el apartado Conexión clic en el botón Configuración / "activa" la opción Usar la configuración del proxy del sistema. Acepta todas las ventanas.

Además sigue estos pasos y nos dejas en tu respuesta los informes que se piden:

1º Actualiza tu sistema Aquí (Utiliza el I. Explorer)

2º Borra todas las cookies y limpia el registro con CCleaner

3º Vete a Inicio- Panel de Control--> Java (si usas Java) y elimina todos los archivos temporales.

4º Borrar archivos temporales--> Desde Inicio, Ejecutar, escribe %TEMP%, pulsa Enter y elimina todo el contenido.

5º Pásale el Malwarebytes Antimalware. (Actualizalo, y al acabar el Scaneo elije la opcion eliminar, despues guarda el report y lo pegas) Si tienes alguna duda aquí tienes un Manual de Malwarebytes Antimalware

6º Ademas, haz un análisis con un antivirus OnLine:

Free Online Virus Scan - BitDefender Online Scanner

* Debes usar el Internet Explorer y aceptar los ActiveX.
* Le pones que elimine lo que te detecte.
