El log de HijackThis debes generarlo en Modo normal, en "Modo seguro" no es útil ya que no muestra todos los procesos activos. Repite el log en tu respuesta.

El log está limpio al igual que el informe de Malwarebytes.

No veo un antivirus activo en el log, supongo que aún lo tienes instalado, de ser así actívalo.

Tal como se te comentó en el Foro de Windows 7 lo que te ocurre simplemente es que Windows no reconoce a tu antivirus.

De momento continuamos en el Foro de Windows 7 ya que no se trata de infección. De querer utilizar otra herramienta, por tu tranquilidad aunque no lo creo necesario, sigue estos pasos y dejas el informe aquí mismo:
