Hola llegue hasta aqui porq ya no se q mas hacer,mi nero startsmart (original) no graba.... Hice de todo desde bajarme spywares e intentar limpiar todo hasta que se quedo impoluto hasta formatear mi pc.Y aun asi sigue sin grabar, me da un error que dice "El proceso de grabacion ha fallado a 4x(5.540Kbs).La grabadora en teoria esta bien... aunque yo tampoco entiendo mucho,pero como lector funciona solo falla en grabacion.Probe con otros grabadores y el problema sigue siendo el mismo,la grabaciones no se ejecuta.Mire en Administrador de dispositivos y me dice que la Unidad funciona correctamente.Ya no se que mas hacer.Necesito ayuda por favor.Soy bastante cortita en temas de pc´s agradeceria mucho que alguien me regalase un poquito de tiempo si la solucion es complicada y que me agregase a su Msn para explicarme paso a paso.
