Ayuda Carpeta no se puede elminar!!!

Hola tengo un problema desde ya hace un tiempo se vienen creando carpetas de nombres extraños en mi disco C que despeus no se pueden elimar me lanza un mensaje que dice necesita permisos para realizar esta accion lo he intentado en modo administrador pero nada no puedo borrarlo de ves en cuando aparece una ahora tengo 3 y tienen nombres raros como "cfcf99539b36f847b561e965d4320a2d" o "ec4ed5ef2857f193927905c65f" y contiene dentro carpetas con numeros: 1025, 1028, 1029, etc... no se que hacer estas carpetas tampoco pueden borrarse si me pudieran ayudar a solucionarlo. Esas carpetas suelen crearse luego de la instalacion de actualizaciones/parches del Windows. No suelen ser virus.

Estas carpetas podrias dejarlas ahi (uno de nuestros admin suele recomendar dejarlas y no borrarlas ya que no pensan mucho). En realidad yo ya borré muchas veces estas carpetas, y no llegué a tener ningun problema, pero por recomendaciones de nuestros admin, es mejor dejarlas, ya que el dia de mañana el sistema operativo puede necesitar de dichas carpetas en alguna reparacion, o en alguna actualizacion proxima del sistema, que si la borramos ya no estará ahi.

Aunque si tu quieres borrarlos (sería bajo tu responsabilidad) puedes intentar borrarlos con el Unlocker.
